Costs and Limitations

Standard costs for the certified software include a one-time setup and configuration fee to cover implementation and training, and a monthly maintenance fee based on the functional modules implemented.  There is no restriction on the number of provider employees that may access the software.  A signed contract is required in order to implement the certified software.

There may be separate one-time or hourly fees to cover provider-specific considerations including, but not limited to, assistance beyond the scope of our standard training (which covers full usage of features associated with the certified software).

An integration fee will be charged to establish a connection to each third-party HISP with whom OnTarget currently has no relationship.

There are no configured bandwidth, transactional or usage limitations associated with the use of the certified software.
